PURCHASING ITEMS ON THE WEBPAGE, INSTAGRAM, OR FACEBOOK:
Unless an item is marked as sold, all items featured on our Website, Instagram page, or Facebook page are available for purchase in the store or over the phone. We are happy to ship items anywhere in the Continental U.S via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service and to insure your purchase and provide tracking information.
If you are interested in an item, please contact Heather or Jamie at Redefined and we will be happy to assist you! As well, we are happy to provide additional photos and measurements for clothing items. If you are interested in a particular item or brand and do not see what you are looking for featured on any of our pages, please contact us for more information on our full inventory.
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and will make every effort to accurately describe the condition of every item consigned to Redefined and to provide pictures and measurements to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, because we are a consignment boutique, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
